DiggyPOD solely uses UPS to ship your finished books to you. UPS offers Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, and Ground Service (1 to 5 business days depending on your location). We also insure each shipment to make sure if your books are damaged, that you will be reimbursed for them, but this rarely happens. You may also pick up your order from us if you live close enough.
When we ship your book, the UPS software will automatically email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number for you shipment. This makes it nice so you know exactly where your books are during the shipment process.
