Quality Checks Before We Print Your Book:

  • Make sure all the fonts are embedded into your PDF files
  • Book trim size is the same size that you are requesting
  • Make sure all Pages of Book Text file have the same orientation
  • Check the spine width on the covers is correct
  • Check the overall Book Cover dimensions are correct
  • Make sure the covers bleed, if they require a bleed

Quality Checks While Your Book is Printing:

  • Confirm the Book Text is printing on the stock requested
  • Rule out the Book Covers to make sure nothing is going to be cut off
  • Measure the Book Text trim size
  • Continuously inspect the Text and Cover for any printing blemishes

Quality Checks After Your Book Has Been Printed:

  • Make sure the Laminate on the Book Covers is applied evenly
  • Make sure the binding is strong, and there is enough glue to bind the Text and Cover
  • Confirm the final trim size
  • Continuously inspect the book for any binding or trimming flaws
  • Package the finished books very carefully
